Dear Nedbank,

Seeing as after I called your call center and been to the branch as I was advised, this is my last attempt before I close my account and move to another bank.

I did an m-pesa transfer today from my account, when the person who I sent the money to tried to draw the money, the ATM goes into a loop. They enter their cell number, get the reference SMS and enters it into the ATM and then it just returns back to to the main screen without any warning or error. Another ATM was tried as well as ATM outside your your branch with the same results. I have to take time off work to get this sorted and still is not working. I also confirmed with your call center that the transaction was valid and has not been drawn.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! You are offering a service which does not work.

I left your branch with the staff just shrugging their shoulders telling me they do not know what to do.

Hopeless and disillusioned with your service.
