ATM's not working or locked

What is the problem with the ATM's in port elizabeth? About 2 weeks ago I tried to draw moneyat the ATM at the 5 ways spar and it was closed and locked while the Standard bank ATM right next to it was open, for what reason does the atm get locked at night when standard bank leaves theirs open? Really this is not a area thats so dodge that they going to bomb the atm. I then tried to draw money at the standard bank atm but nedbank has blocked my cards from drawing money at another banks atm.. Last week I tried to draw money at the Sunridge Shopping centre but the atm was out of order.. The following day I tried at the Emerald spar's atm and once again, atm out of order.. This is absolutely unacceptable!! I had to draw money inside the spar because the atm's are out of order and then nedbank charges to draw there, I dont think that this is fair - the ATM's should be working!!!
