A Upgrade but loose Driver's Licence!

Went to get an upgrade on my cellular contract. Irene asked for my ID document after the whole deal was on her computer. Gave her the ID document opened it and said, please don't let the licence fall out! (in the side of the book is my driver's licence). She left to fetch my new phone in the back with my ID book came back and handed my ID book to me. As she handed it over I opened the cover and said my Driver licence is not there anymore. She went to the back and looked all over but it is just gone! I said I am not leaving without it, it was there and now gone. Her assistand came and argue with me by saying, mabe you left it at home go and look at home. I insist to see the manager and is not going to leave before we find it..She said she never heard me saying anything about the Licence. I replied, like so I did not hear how much is the payment on the new phone.! She delete the deal on the computer and made me wait 45 min for the Manager. I asked for CCTV to see the happenings. That I can only see the next day. Because she is pregnant I should wait for the Manger before she carry on to assit me. He made her do the deal all over. I Left without- how to operate my new cellular. Bad service
