Passing the buck to junior staff with no results

In September of 2013 the three benefiicaries of a family trust held by Nedbank at Strijdom Park started trying to get a small amount of cash from this trust. disbursed as this had been authorised by the adminastrator of this trust. Correspondence was started with Loshni (Area Manager) and to this date numerous forms have benn requested and duly completed and returned to Nedbank. This issue continues, with three branch staff who seem to have been given this to sort out now making promises of "the money will be in the accounts on the 24th Dec" which only goes by with no money, no communication. We have now been trying desperately for the last two weeks with little or no returned calls returned by Loshni (AreaManager), the Branch Manager, Paamaalai and Cordelia as they are all aware of our frustrations. JUST TALK TO US AND TRY TO RESOLVE THIS ONGOING ISSUE.
