Nedbank

2009 A future dated payment on a check had cleared before the date it was set to. Resulting in a check being returned and an amount of R17000 being removed from my account. After reporting it to Nedbank and the police. Nedbank has failed to acknowledge fault, they have requested I pay the outstanding balance. I've had 3 different Law firms call me, each 1year apart whom Nedbank has instructed to Debt collect. After I provide my affidavit and Lawyers letter fighting the case, the law firm withdraws, & Nedbank then gets a new firm to harass me. The calls started in Jan 2010, there was no contact until Dec 2011 and now the latest was today 12th June 2013. Nedbank needs to remove me from their system, I'm in IT, I would not do something as stupid as paying a check back before it clears. I also can confirm that if I had paid the amount immediately, it would have been out of my account the next day, however, the money has taken 3 days to be removed, which means that there was a fault in their Future Dated Payments system.
I would like this issue resolved, my account at Nedbank closed as I have since moved to a new bank.
This issue has been going on for almost 4yrs. Enough
