Nedbank made 2 APO's on my account without my consent. When I phoned Nedbank to find out who and what and why they simply said they saw money available and made the payment for me (on my behalf - without my consent. They also said an agent spoke to me that very day regarding this APO yet, I did not receive a call or spoke to anyone from Nedbank as I was at a funural!!! i find this troublesome to that the bank I trust my money with can just take over my life and with a smile. I am so disappointed and regret moving my account from Absa to Nedbank. I will surely take my business elsewhere where and are actually frowned upon by the bank I trust my money to for it is surely not Nedbank.
