Debit Order not deducting

I Need to change the account a debit order gets deducted from.

Firstly they are the only company who does not allow me to pay it monthly, it must be a debt order. Old Mutual and 3 other companies allows me to do the payment every month

Then i phoned them to change the banking details, they game me the email i must send the details to which i have done. They replied with a confirmation that they received the mail.

The month end came and gone and no debit order.

Now im trying to email them and find out what is happening... Even their complain's department does not reply on the mails to them...

Please wake up... i Am trying to pay you. Imagine i have to claim.
