I applied for the Debt review and got the feedback that it was approved. I expected my debit order to go off on the 20th of Feb and I called them few days before that to confirm when my debit order will be deducted, the lady I spoke to confirmed that it was loaded for the 25th, I still confirmed if I can change the debit order date to the 20th and was told that "once it goes through, call us again to change it". Funds were available for the deduction to take place but was not deducted, I waited untill the 04/03/2013 and still nothing, the following day an email was send to my husband about the termination of the debt review because the debit order did not go through, I phoned Jo-Mari to find out why the an email was send to my husband and not me and I was willing to send my bankstatements to her to prove that nothing was ever deducted from my account, I was told that it is my resposibility to make sure the debit orders go through which I do understand but my point to her was that no one even tried deducting from my account and she "CC" the manager to tell me about the termination of my contract. Really not on for all of this to be my fault. Thank you
