I submitted a claim on the 6th January regarding my glass stove breaking. Logged the call with the call centre. A week had gone by and no one called to advise what was the status of my claim. I called the call centre and left a message for Lerato to call me. Eventually she calls and advises that they unable to find a supplier however she will speak to her manager and get back to me. Called twice this week and still no one has been able to assist with my query or return my calls. Outsurance poses to be the best in the market and yet their service stinks. I have been with them since 2011 and this is my first claim, and its really surprising that their customer service is so pathetic.

We pay in so much for insurances and this is the type of service we get. Let there be a default on premium and see how fast they cancel the policy and or call you numerous times to pay your premium.
When will clients come first for insurances and not about them just pocketing our money.
