I am totally disgusted with the service I received from THABO MOTAUNG and ABSA INSURANCE COMPANY!!!
I logded a claim for fire damage over 6 weeks ago and to date the matter has not been resolved.

1. I have left 7 messages in the last 2 days for Thabo Motaung and he STILL has not returned my call.
2. The call centre is pathetic with no supervisors available to assist unhappy customers or to attend to unresolved matters.
3. I have spent over an hour holding for assistance with NO SUCCESS!!!
4. Your message faciltiy is a waste of time and breath.

I need feecback from THABO on my oven that has still not been replaced. The KIC unit that is faulty is no longer available as confirmed by the contractors. All I want is a pay out so that I can buy a new oven and close the claim as resolved.

I have spend an enormous amount of money on take aways as I have not been able to use the damaged unit.

Why is it that we have to wait 6 weeks to get a valid claim resolved???

If this is the way ABSA treats their customers I will most definitely be considering a new service provider for my
Insurance needs.

ABSA get your call centre in order, give your staff proper training!!!
