Waiting for claim for windscreen into second week

I claimed for a windscreen on the 10/01/2013
going into my second week, the windscreen has still not been replaced.
Car has been and is still standing.
called outsurance call centre - and their service while respectful is disgusting towards their client.
they are taking the part of the supplier who clearly has not delivered.
I reminded the clerk that i am the client.
I left a call for the Team manager (zandi) to call me at 08h20 this morning still waiting for the call.
Pathetic service - I have been a client for 14 years - i will be surprised at myself if i remain a client after this
their supplier PG glass is not better.
I had a friend of mine organise the parts for the car, PG Glass is waiting for in 30 minutes with next day delivery - Outsurance --- who needs them?
two weeks and still not resolved - disgusting.
