Staff like to victimise but do not like doing jobs

I got retrenched in Dec last year, I went to standard bank on the 16 th of Dec to arrange forms to be filled in because I have payment protection against retrenchment. Not even two days after the end of the month the sms'es and phone calls started and I explained that I have been retrenched and that they are busy with it. My phone has not stopped with messages about my account being in arrears and it got worse after I phoned their call centre to sort this out, and I made sure I spoke to a supervisor. All they tell me is that that their claims with this regard is seen to by an insurance company so no correspondence between the companies. It is now at the stage where I get an sms and an automated message every day to tell me my account is in arrears. Instead of victimising your clients maybe you should start doing your job. After my card is paid up I never want to deal with Standard bank again. As if I don't have enough stress they do this to me. You are quick to take money for insurance but when it comes to delivering the goods you only harras your customers. START DOING YOUR JOBS.
