PLEASE can someone help me

I have resigned from my employment and company policy is that in the month you resign you will get paid on the last day of that month- so i called into direct loans as my loan is with them and NO i dont have an account or a card - i was informed to go to the branch- got to the branch THEY called direct loans only to be told i must bring my letter of resignation signed by HR and manager - fine did that and went BACK to branch - call ccs speak to Sinethemba who says she cant help and says i must call direct loans call and speak to who i think was a team leader (friendly guy) and he says i must speak to collections- puts me through- collections says they cant help i must speak to DIRECT LOANS (are you seeing a pattern here) i will NOT be going back to a branch. I get paid on the 20th i NEED my debit order to go off on the 31st. thats all i WANT to pay just when you go to collect there WILL NOT be funds available - please can this be arranged PLEASE
