POOR SERVICE DELIVERY - UTTERLY DISGUSTED

My accident happened on the 23/12/2013, after heading down to the police station and getting home from Warden, myself, friends and family tried numerous times to get hold of the Roadside Assist and the Claims Department. Eventually the Monday morning I got hold of someone, my claim was logged and the claims assistant confirmed that every 3 days I will be phoned with an update. Its been nearly 4 weeks, I have received 1 phone call, and 1 sms. Their lines are always busy, I have been struggling since 14/01/2014 to get through so I can BE UPDATED AS TO WHERE MY CAR IS AT THE MOMENT. MY CAR WAS TOWED FROM WARDEN TO JHB 3 WEEKS LATER!!! I have phoned the assessor, I have phoned Nicky Botha, Lea Fourie and Letsogonolo to get some clearance about my claim. Im a single-working mom of 2, whose sole independence is standing in some yard, and in the meantime I am struggling to get to work and back, and the people at Budget just have no sense of urgency to get this claim settled. Im extremely upset with their service delivery and the fact that they don't even know themselves what is going on.
