TERRIBLE TREATMENT BY ABSA INSURANCE!!!

A client of Absa Insurance bumped my parked car in the parking area in a shopping complex. This happened in June 2013. The last document (which was not asked for with the rest of the documents in the first place) was submitted in November and up to now my claim has not been settled. I"M SO UNHAPPY because the quotation was obtained in June 2013 and and now the prices have gone up. I will probably have to fork out money from my pocket to add on because of the delay on ABSA's part. This is TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I wonder if they know anything about TCF - Treating Customer Fairly.

I'm so disappointed because I'm their bank client and once this whole drama is over I'm moving my account elsewhere. Just their luck that I also have logged a call for a banking problem I had in December and even now they have not resolved it. I have been their client forever and have been very loyal. A lot of opportunities came where I could have moved my account but I didn't. NOW is the time.
