Affinity Underwriters is part of New National. Since my accident in September last year I had poor service. This resulted in consultants putting the phone down in my ear, bad service, nobody giving me feedback on what the status on my claims are. Today I found out that I need to pay another excess for my windscreen shat should be part of my hail damage claim. I have numerous emails to Affinity complaining about the service but no one has come back to me as yet. Is this the kind of service that you would like your clients to have?
