It seems like affinity's personnel has no clue what is going on around them. Late last year I tried launching a claim from affinity and it was like speaking to a pack of llamas. After they couldn't really help me I decided to launch a 3rd party claim from the driver responsible for the accident, but this is really slow. Now I'm back to launch a claim, but with the response I've received from your staff I've come to believe that you are all on leave. I've been listening to your waiting tone for someone to answer for what seems never ending and eventually when you picked up I was informed that there is no available consultant who can help me. What you probably should have told me was everyone is still at the pub called "the office". I've been without a car for longer than a month and if you ask a to phone me I will swear them because I don't have time for any more. I want this sorted out.
