Worst service ever!

In the past I had a good standing with Virgin but lately! I had a car accident a few months ago, it took almost 2 months for my car's repairs and they didnt even fix everything as they said it wasn't part of the accident - hello, I was involved in the accident shouldn't I know?? I then after a lot of complaining cause I waited and waited got the dept head, who said she'd come back to me sent her yet another mail - with a auto response that shes on leave for the next month!!! My laptop was damaged in the accident and they just ignored that.

On Monday evening my samsung s4 fell and the screen broke, Tuesday I submitted my claim online, a little popup appeared saying someone will call me back within 4 hours. Wednesday, 24 hours later I called them. After being on the line for 12min, I went on the website and did a call me back. The person then said someone will call me to come and pick up the phone. Still, its Thursday at 13:30 and no one has called me. I am sitting without a working phone!! I actually want to demand a new phone as I have now been waiting for 2 days. I will complete this claim and move to another insurance as I am fed-up of always having to call them!
