Good day,
I bought iPad from FNB last year around July. I have been provided with MTN 1 GB data sim for extra R50.
I finished using it.
Last November one of the gentleman from FNB contacted me over the phone offering me CellC data sim at R99 per month for 2GB and unused data will carry over for 3 months (you can go through recording of that consultant). In December I used only 454MB and rest of my data vanished on 1st Jan 2013. In jan I used only 1454 MB and rest of my data is lost. I contacted cellc, they said you must contact FNB. I sent email to [Email Removed] She could not understood my problem. I went to [URL Removed] store in centurion, he directed me to call cellphone banking on 087 no. I tried to call there using fnbConnect application, the application was not able to give me clear voice quality. I don't have any choice but to report this problem on hellopeter.
I would like to inform Fnb that if you are not going to refund my unused data then I will terminate the contract.
