KING PRICE IS WORST THEN A CRECHE FOR

The Management team at this insurance kingprice is the worst ever and cleary they not qualified to be in this positions as they have no way of dealing with clients. They rejected my claim for fire that started on the foglamp saying that is was caused by my sound system? There are no even sound system wiring near the foglamp. My vehicle is a 2012 model and the manufacturer VW confirmed no sound caused the fire it was due to the the bulb that got to hot and melted the photos also confirms this but Mr Jacques Victor a so called Manager along with his playful fire investigator Leon Strydom are because I work for another insurer and want to prove that they will do what they feel with my claim. I demand that i get a call from the head of claims at kingprice and that my entire claim is re-looked into as the current people dealing with my claim cleary has no intention to assist me. i will keep putting complaints on hellopeter and other forums until i get the assistance i paid for when i was insured with them.
