My Insurance Company limited my claim for damage to my house, by geyser or geyser pipes, to R20, 000. When I took out the insurance, I insured my house for R3, 200, 000 and my geysers for R20, 000 each. After being told by my insurance company that my claim was limited to R20, 000, I contacted the Internal Dispute Department of Telesure Group Services.
