I would just like to bring to your attention that I got the most incredible service from one of your claims commanders - Tougheeda Brown, initially i was dealing with another advisor and was not to happy with the service and called in this morning and spoke to Tougheeda, who understood my frustrations and managed to get the claim handed over - I believe Tougheeda is a major asset to King Price and that being said should be awarded for managing to settle my claim in under 12 hours from having started dealing with the claim! that is exceptional! and to make matters even better, she is clearly voiced on the line and very assertive, took the initiative to handle my claim as her own and that is how GREAT customer service is achieved, by going the Extra mile!
