KingPrice messes up my SIMPLE glass claim!

How do you mess up something as simple as a glass claim? Really, I'm baffled? Called last week, took just a few quick minutes to register my glass claim. Actually it was so quick and easy I was going to compliment KingPrice. Luckily I didn't. My husband got to Glasfit this morning and they KNOW NOTHING about my claim. There's "no claim" and the branch called KingPrice and they know NOTHING OF MY CLAIM!
This after I even received a sms last week confirming my claim number and everything. Then I call them just now, and they put me on hold for 10minutes. I AM DONE, done with King Price. If they cannot even get a windscreen claim right, then I don't want to be insued here should something serious ever happen.
