Card cloned and no comeback on investigation

On the 11/12 our cheque/debit card was cloned and R6100 taken from our bank account. We reported this immediately. We then went into our branch on the 13/12 and filled in an affidavit and all essential documentation for the investigation. This was faxed to the dept by our prestige banker. On the 17/12 Julia Ramaphatsi from the dept contacted us for information and requested our affidavit, our prestige banker confirmed with them that all had been sent, they confirmed receipt. On 10/01/2014 we followed up with the call centre, the operator confirmed all had been received and he didn't understand why it had not been finalised, he would call us back by the end of the day. Still no call. On the 13/01 I called the line again to be told they had no case pending for us. I asked that a supervisor contact us. Still waiting. Again 13/01 I called the line, again they could not give us any feedback and would get a supervisor to call us. Still no call. We were told that this investigation would take 10 working days, now we are patient people but please can we have some feedback! We need to know our case is being attended to.
