WONGA. I applied for a loan with yourselves since December 2013. The loan assisted me greatly. I phoned your offices on Saturday and an automatic voice system said an agent would get back to me today regarding the repayment of that loan. Please may I receive that call as I want to honour that agreement, as my banking details have changed and would need for you to deduct from the correct account. Please call me on 061 0774516. I will try again in the morning tomorrow, AND THE DAY AFTER! I refuse to have my records reflect on credit bureau due to no contact with them. I will not only involve th NCR on the matter, but I will raise a dispute with them
