I pay my RCS account every month on the 1st of the month with internet banking, I also pay extra for an immediate transfer to their account. This is the 3rd complaint that I lock. They can't read bank statements at all, or they are busy with. For some reason, every 2nd month they don't pick up my payment, done with the same reference. I even started to mail the proof to them. I paid my account the 1st of January as usual, I paid almost dubble the amount that I was supposed to pay. I mailed the proof to Daniella Hendricks twice. They still have send me a sms, that my account is outstanding. Every they charged me interest, and they are busy to messing with my good credit record. I will warn every one DON'T EVER OPEN AN RCS ACCOUNT, YOU WILL JUST HAVE PROBLEMS. I am so fet up with this account. The worst is they block your account, and you are the one with the red face if you tried to use the card. I am not using it at all, not after the 2nd time that I was standing in the que and could not used the card. You also must send them proof, if they don't pick it up, they can't read a bank statement. With proof, they can't even pick it up.
