My wife received notification from her employer that she had been slapped with a garnishee by maravedi solutions. Upon investigating and a closer look at the order our legal rep found the garnishee to be flawed. We live and work in Cape Town but the order was signed in TZANEEN, knows were that is. My wife was never informed or contacted about this matter prior to a garnishee being taken out on her as she had made arrangements with a consultant in their call centre by the name of Natasha who had agreed to let us settle the account on the 29th when she got paid.

We have now been trying to get a hold of Chrytal Bouwers who apparently is responsible for taking out this orer and is the only one who can explain why this was done. She doesnt take calls, she doesnt respond to messages and she doesn give a either.

We have the money to settle this account, all we need is someone in management to contact us and assure us that this account will be removed from my wifes credit record asap. I dont understand hos the NCR just accepts reports from dodgy institutions who claim to be owed money without investigating further.
