The last agent who contacted me was very rude in such a way tht she didnt even gve me a chance to talk --wht she did was, instead of asking me or making arrengmnts with me she told me to cum n pay the total due--surely dat arrengmnt will break bcoz in didnt agree on tht amount--she went on n on screaming wht kind of a service r they gvng to ppl--i undastand ma acc might be in arrears n theres a reason behind tht..i wana take this matter further --all she was chasing was dat false ptp tht she took frm me
