On the 28/06/2013 tried to draw R2000@ nedbank atm as the capitec atm was offline @ randfontein village square around 12:31 got nothing atm had a technical error but slip showed -R2000 Nedbank manager didnt assist as im a capitec client then went to capitec spoke to tumelo didnt help me as system was offline waited hours and hours then spoke to a manager Lebo he was rude, mean&disrespectiful told me 30days because i didnt use their atm, then Lebo asked me if i expect him to take R2000 out of his pocket&give it to me when told it was for groceries then told me to excuse him i really felt humiliated because he was mean and had a bad attitude is this suppose to be the customer service we get from capitec Lebo doesnt no what customer services is i want my money. Mr A Kwinda.
