I went to makhoma butchery and inside their shop is a capitec spark atm. I needed to draw money so i entered my card into the atm and asked for R1200 the atm said that it only has R400 so i entered the amount and it gave me R300! I took the R300 and went home. The next morning i see on my bank statement that R1400 had been withdrawn at that atm! I didnt even enter that amount and the R300 which i got dosent even show on my statement. An amount of R1100 is now missing in my account. I contacted capitec and they investigated and it shows on their records that R1400 was withdrawn. I didnt ask for bank slips at the time it showed on the screen so i have no evidence of what happened except my word. Another lady said the same happened to her but she had a slip as proof and got her money back. Do i just leave it or what do i do?? I really need that R1100 as i feel it is owed to me.
