My friend and i went to apply for a loan, of which the loan is approved and everything was about to be process only to find out that i dont have a my capitec card with me to process the application so they said, okay i was told to come back the next day and when i got there on saturday they told me to go sit down they will be with me just in a moment, i went back and check if they didnt forget about me only to find that now is 10:55 and they said the systems are off line, the reason why they said that its because they nock off at 11am on saturday.good enough i went back home, this morning again i took a day off at work to go there then when i got there thats when they told me that i should give a stamped payslip of which on friday they were prepared to assist me that online payslip, i ask the number for the manager when i speak to her she refused to give me the area manager's number, she was so rude and screeming at me on the phone, she didnt even give me a chance to speak since im the one who called, she said again i wont give you the number and if you think when you working for absa you know everything, the lady was very rude and arrogant, i didnt expect that from a manage
