Worst service I have ever received

I have been phoned in the last 2 days of my account being arrears. The arrears amount is R6 which I didnt even know of. They handed me over to debt collectors. I didnt receive any final statements of any sort stating that I owe any money. My instalment of R491 is suddenly increased so R563 which I also didnt know about or received any documentation about. I cant understand what their problem is because they didnt send me anything or phone me. Im very very disappointed.in bradlows and after my account is paid I wont do any business with them again.
