Pay me my money PLEASE!!!

I am very appalled at the manner in which my part surrender payment has been handled. I had such good service from the company when it came to completing the forms and submitting what was required.

Apparently the money due to me was fully released on the 8th, however it is now the 11th and there has been no payment into my account. I bank with Standard bank hence there should be such a delay. I spoke to several call centre personnel, including Andrew, Zanele and Nicole, at my own cost and i kept being told the issue is under investigation and i will be called back. Specifically Nicole assured me that she will call me back within a few minutes and until close of business i received NO call. It is quite obvious that my money was NEVER paid into my account. The bank has also checked my account and they confirmed to me that there are no uncleared funds. Seemingly Liberty does not care about it's customers. I called endlessly and they knew they don't work on weekends so now i am left stressing about how i will get this money. This is just so unprofessional and down right inconsiderate. I regret having chosen Liberty to handle my investment.
