I have a retirement annuity policy with Liberty. In a nutshell, my policy matured in June. 14 emails with sent to and from Liberty where documents were requested to process payment, when those were filled and sent in,
They got back to me saying I filled in the wrong forms, when another set was sent to me, I filled those in and sent them in and it went on and on from there starting from the 10th of June up until the 23rd of July. From there, being tired of emails, I chose to call in and each time i did i had to explain the whole story to each agent who said they would get back to me, needless to say, this has never happend.
Up until this day I'm still getting the run around and nobody can explain the delay in payment.
Really sad that in this day and age, a big company like Liberty can take your premiums with a smile for years yet when it comes to payment, you got to run after them. Liberty, your service leaves much to be desired. I CHALLENGE A CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER TO CONTACT ME AND GIVE ME AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY I DID NOT GET MY MONEY YET. I DO BELIEVE THAT YOU GUYS ARE TOO BUSY CHASING AFTER NEW CLIENTS NOT REALISING THAT BAD PUBLICITY CAN KILL ANY COMPANY!!!
