Online system not showing values, no response to q

On the 9th of July I checked my online investment details for my surrender values because I am urgently in need of money and needed to surrender my investment and then reinvest a certain amount. At the time all the values were visible and I then went to my financial advisor the following day the 10th of July to surrender my investment but then the values were not showing and I could not surrender the investment. He then sent a query through to the relevant department but they have not gotten back to him yet and I am desperately in need of money. I called liberty directly as well and they sent through the same reqeust. I have a problem with the fact that I should wait this long to access my own financesm
