L Malapile And Brian i have already made my arrangement with your coulleuges. I do not see why must I explain myself every four hours to African Bank. I requested to have my repayment amount increased and I then got confirmation that my next payment will go through on the 28th of January 2013. The SMS came from African Bank and not me. Now every day I get a call from African Bank. I was cooperative with the 1st four callers but realized that now I am the only client African Bank has because now they are calling me everyday. To Brian I asked to speak with your line manager and you told me that you are the senior guy in your branch. L Malapile I was not rude to you but I am tired of explaining the same thing everyday. To close this, I have ask to increase my repayment amount and this is effective from the 28th of January 2013. I have a contract that I respect and I know that my account is in arrears and the re arrangement should help.
