I called on the 02 /05/2013 spk t Thando Dube to a/c number from standard bank to capitec she confirmed the instalment on the 27/05/2013 was going to be debited on the capitec account, on the 27/05/2013 insted on debiting my capitec account they went to standard bank, i called on the 27/28 spk to Kevin asked him what happened he said he is going to investigate and come back to me, he will request that the money be reversed into that account, same day i made arrangements with him to debit money on the capitec account, he said it was going to be debited within 48 hrs, the money was debited on my capitec a/c both policies 01/06/2013, Kevin still have not got back to me to explain what happened and if they going to reverse charges on the standard bank account, on the 07/06/2013 i received a letter saying my policy was not paid. SO i dont know if Liberty want to find a way of not paying out my money and i cannot even trust them because of the way they are treating me, so now i must pay two premiums for one policy, how inconvineint. When they sell policy they call u 100 times now that i need help no one is there to assit, it this what we call good client servives, not happy at all
