Documents for claims doesn't get acknowledged

On the 6/01/2014 I sent a claim through on the email provided on the claim form and [Email Removed] When following up on the 8/01/2014 if they have processed my documents they said it wasn't received. It takes 24-48 hours for the documents to reflect. I insisted on registering my claim over the phone. I was given claim number 802876 and reference 503198. I emailed the documents to 2 email addresses [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] the same day. Today when following up they said it doesn't reflect - this being after sending the first documents on the 6th already. It seems like AIG life hopes that customers don't follow up on their documents... Then the employees and managers can have tea all day long instead of doing their work and ensuring that paying customers get their cash as per the agreement... With every claim through AIG this is the same re-occurring problem. They have to get their house in order as I would NEVER recommend them for ANY policy as they are fast to take your money BUT VERY SLOW IN SORTING OUT YOUR CLAIM!!! Anybody approached by AIG hospital plan I would recommend to use another company as AIG only fustrates you when your claiming. Spare yours
