I left my previous employer 08 November 2013, and within a week all my documents were sent back to the employer for them to send to Momentum.

I started doing follow ups on my claim with Momentum kept telling me that the employer has not sent the documents. I would then go back to the employer to find out and was told that the documents were sent. I have been doing this for at least the past month every week. I then decided to send the documents myself to Momentum, this was done via e-mail to [Email Removed] e-mail dated 15/01/2014 was delivered and to this day I have not received any feedback regarding my claim.

How pathetic is this though? why do I have to run around incurring unnecessary costs trying to get my money?
