I really hate repeating myself. I sent claim document last week on the the 20th of November, I called again 2 days later on the 22nd to find out if AIG received the claim documents, To my surprise AIG hasn't processed the claim. I have sent the documents again on the 22nd. I called in today and spoke to George only now does he register my claim but still needs the documents I have sent twice. I sent the claim documents for the third time now I will have to call again and again. Some of us have better things to do with our time. If I'm paying for a service I need to get my money's worth.
