I came through the customer contact centre's secure line and spoke to a lady (can't remember her name - and I did not jot down the ref number). But she didn't sound like she knew what she was doing and kept me on hold for quite some time. It was such a simple request - to increase my EAP limit, and the more I tried to explain to her what I needed her to do the more she referred me back to "my nearest branch". This was so frustrating. I called back and came through to Muneer, who applied his mind and without any delay sorted out my account, and even stayed on the line to make sure that I was able to make that important transfer.
