I went to the branch (campus square) on saturday to open an account. I have to say the service i received was pathetic. I arrived at the branch at 9:35 and was there for a good hour. Well the account was opened, i deposited money and left. Today i logged on to my internet banking and found that the new account was not linked and i did ask her to link it. I was very angry this morning. I called the branch and spoke to the lady who opened the account for me. She asked me to call the call centre and if they cant help me i need to come to the branch again. What!! That made me angier. Well i called the call centre. Spoke to one lady who transfered me without telling me what will happen. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I spoke to Palesa and when i told her my frustration she apologized. She explained everything she was doing and calmed me down. She then sorted me out in less than 5 minutes. She is a star and thank you for the world class service. She did everything a call centre agent should do, make the client happy, connect, undersand and do what you supposed to do. She even stayed on the line with me to make sure i can do what i wanted to do online. She deserves a big fat raise :)
