Actually bucks has had the opposite effect on me - not rewarding, but just serves to irritate. For a platinum card which I have, criteria is R16 000 deposit pm, which i generally far exceed. Took a little break from work in December, did a forex transaction of R15 000 and always use my cheque card to pay for fuel. Thought having R100 000 in my current account might compensate for no deposit of R16k that month. Fat chance.
No e-bucks for me, idle loafer that I am of very little importance to the bank clearly. Me and my home loan and faithfully serviced current account clearly don't deserve to be rewarded.
An insulting waste of time.
