NO SERVICE & INTERNATIONAL LINE DOESN'T WORK!!!

This is so frustrating... I've been trying to increase my monthly online banking transfer limit for the past 5 days. I've sent numerous "Secure Messages" through internet banking as I'm not in South Africa. No one calls you (like it says on your internet banking), and no one actually increases the limit. I did provide all my contact details and I kept a print out of all the secure messages.

I tried to call your international "General enquiries" line on 27 11 299 4520 but it's not working... the first time I got through then someone said they will connect me to the branch... off course the line dropped. That is after spending more than 20 minutes on a international call, probably something like 50USD gone. When I tried to call again, the it says number invalid (and I tried my mobile, home phone, work phone and a friends mobile). it says number invalid... and you just get the engage sound immediately. This is exactly on 12 Oct 11AM (South African time).
Firstly, what is the use of having the secure message functionality if you don't actually follow through on it? I mean how many more messages do I need to send?
Secondly, make sure you international line is working, really??
