Booked car in for repairs takes, week to be asesed

First they removed the courtesy car from my policy without my consent and still charged me more premiums, when I picked that up 9 Dec 2013 I called them and the matter was resolved, even though they didn't pay me what the have been overcharging me for the year, they reduced my premiums and added the courtesy car again.

On the 20th December I had an accident, I launched a claim with MiWay, when I asked about a courtesy car I was told that by the time of claim, the courtesy car was not in place. I questioned that based on the above mentioned then I was told that the courtesy car was only activated when they deducted the premiums thus the claim will not come with a car... when I check my bank statement, my premiums were debited on the 20th December, and that was the day I got an accident, yet they say I was not covered.

Now in Jan, they approved my claim and told Secunda Autobody to fetch the car for repairs of which they did on Monday 6 Jan 14, today I call the Autobody to enquire about the progress on my car, they say MiWay is only sending an assessor on Monday 13 Jan 14.

Why tell people to fetch my car only for it to wait a week to be assessed while you know you me ove
