Bad service- No feedback regarding my claim

I was involved in an accident on the 20th of April and since then it was a night mare getting feedback regarding my claim. i was supposed to meet the assesor and he kept on moving our meeting back, ok i understood at that time but waiting until the 29th of April is worrying given that i only have the courtesy car for 30 days. i'm being investigated because the accient happened at 3am. they are implying that i cant drive my own car during that time- they must treat me as an individula not generalize.i asked the assesor if the accident happened at another time would he investigate me and he said No- that is unfair to me. To this day i havent received feedback regarding my claim. the assesor claims that i didn't give him the contact details of the people he needs to contact to validate my claim and i did but still no feedback, he promised to give me feedback today but he didn't. it's almost three weeks from the time my accident happened but i don't know anything regarding my car. it's very frustrating because come the 22nd of May i need to take the courtesy car back. i'm really woried and frustrated at the same time because i'm not being given proper feedback regarding my car.
