I understand the deposit has to be R16500 in order to recieve ebucks reward for deposit.(Just One of the qualifying criteria to recieve Ebucks)., I am not claiming for qualifying criteria on monthly deposit ebucks. I have been on Temp disablity since 2010 .I have made premier banking staff aware of this, that is why monthly deposit changes.sometimes it is over R50-000 BUT STILL NO REWARDS??

I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY EBUCKS FOR ALL PURCHASES SWIPES ON CARD.PLEASE INVESTIGATE MY ACCOUNT SINCE INCEPTION OF MY ACCOUNT THE TOTAL AMOUNT PUT INTO THAT ACCOUNT AND RECTIFY IMMEDIATELY WITH REGARDS TO EBUCKS DUE TO ME ON SWIPES AND PURCHASES.THIS HAS ALREADY BEEN REQUSTED BY MYSELF ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS.

This is my final attempt to resolve this matter amicably. This has been going on Since 2010!!! My next step would be lodging a complaint Hello Peter. I strongly believe the greater public should be made aware of poor service and non compliance with promises and false advertising. I also intend to pursue this matter with legal represtation.
