Failure to attend to claim

Hello Peter,

I would like to express my disgust at the way my claim is being handled (and still not attended to) with Outsurance.
I have reported a leaking pipe on my property, (which Outsurance are the Insurors for) on Wednesday Morning 08/01/14 at Approximately 08:20am.
Upon numerous calls to the customer care (building insurance division) an inspector finally made contact with me, on my property at approximately 16h05.The Inspector did his inspection and informed me that a report will need to be sent to Outsuarance for final approval and action.
It is Now Thursday 09/01/2014 20:28 and to-date not one representative of Outsuarance has contacted me to inform me of the next step moving forward.

Due to Outsuance lack of accountability and pathetic service, I as the paying customer was without water on my property for the past two days

I once again would like to express my disgust at OUTSURANCE
