Today is the 6th January 2014, after having received calls from numerous Outsurance agents, (I will name them all, Tikelo, Remi, Ditshego, Sifiso, Priscilla & Joseph) to assure me that my claim is currently being sorted out. It is now over 3 days since my last call from Outsurance confirming that the problem would be resolved today, and NO service agent has been to my property to assess/ or repair anything as yet. I am still walking around in darkness, have had no electricity for over 2 weeks, and my car is locked in, as my motorized gate won't open due to no electricity. Outsurance is keeping my tenants a prisoner in my own home. I am awaiting further resolution, as tomorrow, I will be reporting this poor service to the Insurance ombudsman, and once this claim is resolved, I will be moving my short-term insurance business away from outsurance. The motto of 'Helping you out" is completely untrue. If Outsurance knew anything about customer satisfaction or service, they would be doing everything in their power to ensure that this is resolved ASAP, and full feedback is given to me.
