Good Day,
I would like to express unhappiness towards Outsurance with their inability to resolve a claim that I opened with them in January 2013. I had an issue with lightning damage to my property which was occurred in Jan. Damage to certain of my household appliances occurred. While they assisted in resolving majority of the damage, I was promised that my stove which was damaged during the lighting storm, will be fixed. Outsurance has sent through 4 Technicians since and apparently have authorised for the claim to be processed however 3 months later, I still await the stove to be repaired. Ultimately, the claim has not been finalised. This has been incredibly frustrating and has inconvenienced me greatly. I am disappointed at Outsurance's lack of focus and customer service in finalising this issue. I have called through numerous times however I still sit with this dilemma. I would like this to be resolved asap otherwise I will be forced to seek elsewhere for insurance cove
